And I wanna thank my friend Matt for helping me produce this episode so we could get it out.

The awesome news is that the heart problems that I've experienced over the past year are now fixed.  Recovery actually takes a few months.  And despite the fact I'm still recovering—- I already feel 1000% better.  And we'll gonna be doing a lot more shows.

It's amazing how much better you feel when your blood is actually properly pumping through your body, lol.

The most important part---  more frequent shows, guests… and other cool stuff.
